LINDA BUGGY
Executive Search Consultant



Linda Buggy has 20 years experience in international and domestic human resource management and professional development. She has held key recruitment, leadership development and succession planning roles in Europe, Asia, and Latin America as well as the U.S. She has extensive experience in rapidly changing environments including startups, mergers, and restructuring. Her expertise is in financial services, healthcare, technology, e-commerce, e-learning, new media and entertainment.

Prior to joining Bonnell Associates, Ltd., she spent five years at Chemical Bank directing professional development and training ank directing professional development and training for the financial and technology services, as well as global securities and foreign exchange. She received the Chemical Bank All Star Award for her international executive leadership program.

Previously, she managed the startup human resources function at the U.S. Headquarters of BICC Plc. She worked with the British corporate headquarters and European operations on recruitment, executive development, training and succession planning. Previously, she managed the recruitment of American Cyanamidís Chemical Research Divisionís Discovery Research operation. Earlier, in Europe she held human resource management positions at SmithKlein Beecham, Unysis and Alfa Laval with an emphasis on recruitment, career management and performance effectiveness.

As a keynote speaker, Linda has spoken on ìRecruitment and Retentionî, ìOutrageous Futuresî, ìDeveloping the Global Managerî, and ìGlobal Diversity in the Workforceî. She has been on the adjunct faculty of Fairfield University and the Young Leaders Conference held at Oxford University in the U.K. She is on the Advisory Committee of the Connecticut Internet Association and the Human Resources Advisory Board of Greenwich YWCA.

Her education includes an M.S. in Counseling and Human Resource Development, a M.I.P.M. from the Institute of Personnel Management in London, and a B.S. in Personnel Management from Croydon College in the U.K.
