Cindy has over 18 years experience in executive and professional recruiting, research, general management, and consulting. Cindy has held various positions in executive search and corporate recruiting with Fortune 100 companies. Previously, she was an executive with The Hartford Financial Services Group, where she led executive staffing and professional recruiting for the Property & Casualty organization. Prior to joining The Hartford, she led the development of a new business line, "Recruiting Services for the Executive Search Industry," for ExecuNet, an executive career management company.
Cindy began her career in retained executive search with Bonnell Associates Ltd., where her search industry focus included financial services, insurance, healthcare, technology, no-for-profit, publishing and new media. In 1998, she was recruited into Capital One Financial, one of the top ten credit card organizations in the United States, to assist in the startup and implementation of an internal professional and executive search function and personally recruited various senior level operations and staff positions working closely as a strategic business partner with internal clients.
During her early career, she was a Research Assistant for Providence College Political Science Data Center and previously held various research positions with Miriam Hospital's Department of Psychiatry, Division of Behavioral Medicine.
Cindy has a B.A., in Political Science from Providence College. She is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha (National Political Science Honor Society). She is a member of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment, and the Human Resources Planning Society, Western New England Chapter.
